Congrats on a great time for your race. Good luck with your Marathon training. I start mine next week using one of Hal’s plans as well but I might be rniitnkheg it. Running 4 days a week is hard for me. I think I’d rather squeeze in an extra cross-training session on the Wednesday. Good luck.
